Rental Agreement

All scooter rentals are subject to a rental agreement that outlines terms, responsibilities, and conditions. By completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the terms specified in the rental agreement.

Booking and Payment

Reservations can be made online through our website. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards.

Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled rental period will be eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled rental period may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation. The method of refund will be the same as the original payment.

Rental Duration

The rental period begins and ends at the specified times agreed upon during the booking process. Late returns may be subject to additional fees.

Rental Extensions

If you wish to extend your rental period, please contact us at least 24 hours before the original return time. Extensions are subject to availability.

Scooter Condition

• Scooters are provided in good working condition. Renters are responsible for returning the scooter in the same condition. Any damages or mechanical issues must be reported immediately.
• In the unlikely event of a mechanical issue or damage to the scooter, please contact our customer support immediately. We will assess the situation and provide necessary assistance.

Rider Requirements

Renters must possess a valid driver’s license and adhere to local traffic laws and regulations. Helmets must be worn at all times while operating the scooter and the reflective vests provided must be worn mandatorily at night.

Delivery and Collection

• Delivery and collection services are available. Please ensure someone is present at the specified location during the agreed-upon times.
• Scooters must be returned on the agreed-upon date and time. Late returns may be subject to additional fees.

No-Show Policy:

Failure to pick up your reserved scooter within 2 hours of the scheduled time may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund.

Weather Conditions:

We understand that weather conditions can impact plans. In the case of adverse weather, please contact us in advance to discuss possible rescheduling options or refunds.

Privacy and Security

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information provided during the booking process is handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Mauritius. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mauritius.
